Customers commend the MSI Infinite RS Gaming Desktop for its excellent performance in gaming, effective cooling system, and attractive case design with customizable RGB lighting. However, some users reported issues with CPU temperatures and the weight of the system, while others experienced problems with the liquid cooling system's reliability and noise levels. Despite these concerns, many found the overall value and upgradability of the system to be strong selling points.
Great gaming rig for the money. I previously bought the HP Omen with the 3060ti GPU and was having heating issues, so I returned the Omen. I bought this computer in hopes to run cooler, and job well done, it runs cooler. I was a little concerned at first because at times I noticed the exhaust fan, and the GPU fans went off… just not on. After some research I learned MSI has a Frozr program which controls the fan speed at certain temps. I ran 3D Mark Demo on steam to stress test the CPU/GPU and all fans came back on. Don’t be alarmed if you buy this, they thought it through. I am happy, it gets the job done, and it’s a FULL SIZE case. It looked like a midrange, and it’s not. Plenty of room for upgrades. Also, the fans are MASSIVE. Cheers friends!

Hands down the greatest computer I've ever bought. Plays all the mainstream games with ease (170+ FPS). 10/10 recommend. Only downfall is it comes without an instruction manual.

I've watched lots of YouTube videos that review prebuilt gaming desktops. Most prebuilt systems are a waste of money. I was considering custom building a gaming system, but graphics cards are so expensive these days. I bought this system on sale for Black Friday thinking that I might need to upgrade. The system I got exceeded my expectations and no upgrades were needed. The MSI GeForce RTX 3060 Ti graphics card that came with this machine currently sells for about $1000. Factoring in the cost of the other components, the full (non-sale) price of this prebuilt system is actually several hundred dollars cheaper than the cost of building this same system from its parts. So, I give this system an excellent value. Other Pros: - The quietest computer I own. The large 200mm fans move a lot of air while spinning at a relatively slow speed. - Good looking case with pretty RGB lighting - Big case and motherboard allows for lots of future upgrades - Runs cooler than expected. Using MSI's Frozr AI cooling app, the fans never ran faster than 52% speed, the CPU temp hovered around 62 degrees Celsius, and the GPU temp remained under 72 degrees Celsius while I played Mechwarrior 5 on 4K resolution with the most demanding graphics settings. - It's relatively fast for video editing too. It processed a 20-minute video in about 1 minute, which is a fraction of the time my gaming laptop takes. Cons: - Required going into the BIOS to turn on XMP profile for the RAM to run at the advertised speed. I noticed that the system RAM was only running at 2666Mhz, which is slower than what the RAM is capable of. - The airflow of the MSI MPG SEKIRA 500X case is horrible. Gamers Nexus did a review of this case on YouTube. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=llHpxuzTUgk) I think it runs as cool as it does because of all the fans in the case. Additional cooling may be needed if I were to add more components or upgrade the graphics card later. Overall, I'm happy with this system out of the box. Considering the cost of graphics cards these days, this prebuilt system is an excellent value. It's relatively good quality compared to other horrible prebuilt systems I've seen reviewed on YouTube.
