Q: How much total ram can u upgrade too, and the total mhz that it will operate at?
A: Yes, you can upgrade upto 64 GB. As it stated on MSI official website
A: The Sword 15 is equipped with Samsung OEM ram that is rated for DDR4-3200 Mhz so-dimm memory.
Q: Does the USB C port support displayport and PD charging?
A: Nope its a high speed data port HDMI only or wifi link for video. You might be able to hook a USB hub up with HDMI but zero guarantee at work and you can charge anything with any port just be in mind that nothing will put out more then 7v and will not charge anything very well.
Q: Is the battery life good? How much hours of gaming for a full charge?
A: MSI laptops are not designed to run off battery while under load. If you were to game on high settings while off charger, you would likely get around 1-2 hours of battery life.
Q: Can the led lights on the keyboard be adjusted or turned off??
A: The brightness can be adjusted through three levels (bright, BRIGHTER, off) and they can be turned off. No RGB sadly, but the blue is quite striking!
Q: Can you replace the ssd with a bigger drive
A: Yes you can replace the SSD with bigger or plug in a 3.0 external SSD for more storage. You can also upgrade the Ram which I recommend I did it for both of mine and was sloth easier then most

Q: Do you have this same version with 16GB RAM option?
A: Currently there is no other sub model being sold for the Sword 15. If you would like to upgrade the laptop, you are more than welcome to open it up to add an extra stick of memory.
