Customers are positive about the milk frother and its ability to consistently provide great espresso. Customers also appreciate the ease of use and simple cleaning process of the coffeemaker.
I looked at all the Nespresso machine and this one made the most sense for us. The Nespresso machines are nice because it makes a very fast cup of espresso without the mess. I have owned other semi automatic espresso machines and this machine is much easier. Just pop in the capsule and within 20 seconds or so you have espresso. The milk frothier is AMAZING! We make hot chocolate with it. Sooo good. The major downside is that the capsules get expensive... $.70 to $.80 per capsule and I use at least two to three per day. Still cheaper than the coffee shop, but not as cheap as the semi automatic options.

I wasn't sure I would get a lot of use out of this machine because I usually buy Starbucks drinks. After I tried a cup of the Nespresso coffee, I started looking for a machine of my own. They get great reviews and I can now see why. Since Best Buy had a great price for the model I was looking at buying, I decided to give it a try. So far this is my favorite coffee and it is so easy to use and keep clean. I tell everyone I love this coffee machine.

The machine makes great espresso shots compared to other similar products. As long as you don't compare with real espresso machines. One drawback is the cost of the pods- a bit steep!
