This machine is all I thought wasn’t possible, and I will explain why. I love coffee and take big pride on it, since it’s also an important part of my day. I have had Keurig like machines, and I mostly couldn’t stay the coffee because tasted and looked like hot water that quickly slipped by some coffee grains... if that even makes sense. I have since had a Ninja regular coffee brewer machine, and I love it but it takes time to prepare the machine to brew and then to clean it all up... and all for one cup of coffee for myself. I bought the nespresso touch machine by impulse and was sure I would return it, thought I wouldn’t be able to justify the cost. Once I opened and tried it? BAZINGA!!! I have several different flavor pods, so I can try whatever I want at one cup level... six different drinks, ranging from espresso, regular brew (that’s what I call it), capuccino, lattes, fluffy milk alone also, etc.. and I make cold lates and coffee too (just be a creative). The machine is super easy to clean, since we can just run hot water from the machine itself through the milk dispenser and coffee dispenser. No complains, and so glad I got it. I feel like I wanted to give my mom one, my in law one, my sister one, my friends one, but just need to win the lottery first haha! Go for it!

Great espresso coffee machine, Made in Italy ~ easy to operate, can make hot water / froth milk in addition to espresso menus. I was little skeptical and feel it would be hard to maintain or clean this machine, but it was very easy, Always use mineral water to prevent machine from mineral build up and avoid frequent descaling. Refill cups are not that expensive when compared with the vertuoline machines. over all happy and got it at a black friday pricing !!

I purchased this when it was on sale and while I knew the cappuccino would/should be great, it still exceeded my already-high expectations. I get cheap capsules from elsewhere for 40 cents/capsule, so this is a great way to save lots of money and get an excellent coffee product. Highly recommended.
