These columns are OK for stacking movies. I've been looking for something to put all my blu rays in (almost 100) and this was about the only choice there was. Two things that make this not great. It starts with the fact that the area to put each blu ray in is way too big. I assume because it's made for both DVD and/or blu ray. But with that being said, it makes the blu ray move around a lot in it. And making it even worse, when you get the tower, it stands straight up which makes blu rays randomly fall out on occasion. That being said, I've been pushing down on it every day to bend it back and allow all the blu rays to be leaning back ever so slightly. The look is nice of this and it gives a lot of room. However, I would caution you to make sure you have a lot of movies with slipcovers. Otherwise, your movies won't sit right plus you'll have to bend it back everyday. It's one of the very few choices so I'd say it's worth the price, just be prepared for those nuisances.

I bought this mainly for xbox 360 games but i only take up alittle over half of the slots with those so are using the rest for dvds n blurays. It's a great way to organize your collection n get extra shelf space. Holds 52 and looks good as well, with a great price. The only downside (that I can find) is that it only has one slot for double sized cases such as collections n games that have more than 3 discs to a case. It's not a real setback though.(esp for me). If I get more games or movies such as that, I'm just going to use a dremel tool to cut a bar out and make a single slot into a double.(a 2 minute fix if that). I'll prob spray a bit of black paint over the cuts, even though it's not needed.(that's just how I am) Over all I'm very happy with the product,price, and the service at best buy. I would recommend it to anyone. I'll prob. buy another myself, as my collection grows.
