Customers praise the Nighthawk X10 AD7200 Tri-Band Wi-Fi Router for its impressive range, strong performance, and ease of setup, resulting in excellent coverage and signal strength, great for streaming and other demanding applications. However, some customers note that the router is expensive and large, and a few have experienced issues with the firmware. Despite these drawbacks, many users find the improved speed and reliability worthwhile.
High performance router for anyone willing to spend the money to get high performance WiFi in a small to medium size house. Best Netgear router on the market

Yes, it's expensive...but good God...the unit is simply a best of a router. If you're in need of range, speed, inputs, flexibility, ease of use...and just about anything else, buy this thing! I replaced a business class router (Cisco) at my home with this and I couldn't be happier...if you've got the cash, spend it. (almost forgot, it's wall mountable as well.)

This Netgear router was expensive, but so worth it! I have 17 devices connected to it (6 on LAN & 11 WiFi) and not one has any problems with signal strength or dropped connections. I also have a 5 port smart switch, and a Netgear server connected to this router. The Plex media server is a nice feature. (I use the Plex software that is built into my server) Having the 60GHz WiFi ready and the 10G LAN available for the future is a good move on Netgear's part. This router also has a lot of safety features built in. The My Genie interface is very similar to the older style. It could use an update, but it does allow you to control and make changes to the modem. Pair the X10 to Ready Cloud and now your talking! I look forward to many years of trouble free performance!
