The Geek Squad designed my sound system!
||Posted .I love my Best Buy sound system designed by consultant Daniel Pagan over the phone. I explained what I wanted and he listened carefully. Then he made two recommendations, one closer to what I asked him about and a second that incorporated all my needs in a much better package for the size of my room. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. He explained everything several times because I was not accustomed to using apps so he taught me when he came to check on the Geek Squad installation. Outstanding service. I will use Best Buy again. Thank you, Daniel!

Sound system, and security systems.
||Posted .I am totally happy with the overalls setup and equipment purchases that I have made at best buy. I am even more impressed with the knowledge of each of technicians and the placement of the equipment. They have taken all the stress out of having to worry precisely how & where they are knowledgeable of those things. I would personally like to thank Mr. Neville for all his help, and the two amazing techs. Nikkito and Brandon. They work magic in your home and are 10 stars in my book. Thank you!

For complex set-up, let the experts do it
||Posted .I purchase a lot of electronics and set up almost everything. Now I’m realizing that I can save myself a lot of time and set it up right the first time correctly if I let the trained and experienced people do it for me. Yes, I could probably do it, but I would rather enjoy the entire experience. The Best Buy tech arrived and was able to install my new Sonance Sonarray outdoor speaker/amplifier system with minimal hassle. We have already spent a lot of money on this system, so let’s get it set up right. Very pleased.

Why do it yourself
||Posted .Owned for 1 month when reviewed.I purchased the Sonos home theater system that had a playbar, sub and Alexa equipped rear speakers. Their were basically NO instructions with the boxes and instead had me down load an app that in my opinion was half baked and not easy to navigate. I went back to Best Buy and asked them just to send someone by to get the new system up and running. They came over and did this and also showed me how to use the app to control my new system. Very easy and money well spent

The wireless speaker is now working!
||Posted .Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.Adam came to my house to attempt to have a wireless speaker work with my stereo system. In this way, I could take the speaker to other rooms and outside to have music playing or listen to what was being broadcasted on the TV. It took him a while to determine what the problem was but within an hour, it was discovered that I had installed a wi-fi extender that was interferring with the speaker working properly. Excellent job. Thanks!

Q: QuestionGeek Squad came out and set up our audio system. Speakers in the ceiling (Sonance) and Denon receiver. However, no sound is coming from the speakers. House is wired for 5.1 surround sound. The only sound is coming from the TVs speakers. TV is Roku.
