You can hear the recordings and picture is better quality. Didn’t have to install new wires. Compatible with old wires so easy install.

Garbage Product and Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First if you are having an issue adjusting the zone sensitivity for each camera under record settings it’s not just you. We tried it on 4 different phones and the system will just reset it to medium if you set the lowest setting. They tried to play it off as a phone issue. Nope. This system will say it sees a face or car when there is nothing there. The main reason I wanted to adjust the sensitivity. Just so you know they use the same software on all their kits so I would avoid them all together. If I could give 0 stars for this company I would. Absolutely terrible experience and product.

- A:Answer Thank you for the question and happy to help. Your best option would be to stick with 4K cameras. You may add up to 4 Wi-Fi connected cameras. Models CAM-FWIP8L and CAM-2PK-FWIP8L would be your best option. For more wired POE cameras that keep your 4K resolution we advise models CAM-FTN8-BU or CAM-FTN8-DM.
