- A: AnswerEveryone—thanks for suggesting many alternative software choices. None of those solve the problem of letting me edit/view the Z50 Raw photos in the native iOS/macOS apps. If i wanted to convert to jpeg, i would just shoot in jpeg. Luckily, the most recent updates to iOS 13.3.1 and macOS 10.15.3 solve the problem by adding native support for Z50 NEF files.

Q: Questionon the z50 can I use Nikon d3500 lens(8 answers)
A: AnswerYes, but only if you have the f to z adapter. It is $250 if you buy it separately and $50 if you buy it with the cameraAnswered by Flames
- A: AnswerThe Z50 has the same sensor as Nikon’s D500, their professional APS-C body. The image quality is superb, even with the kit lenses. It will easily handle the print sizes you reference in your question. The 20.9 megapixel sensor will not necessarily handle billboard sized images, but it is suitable for images all the way up to 16 x 20 without loss of quality. It is also known, used, and respected by pros for its excellent video quality. It’s ergonomics will be far better than a cell phone camera, though not as good as a pro body like the D500, the Z6, or D850. Your satisfaction with it will depend on what you are currently using. I side-graded from a D500 and miss the ergonomics of the D500, but I needed something smaller and lighter for travel. I am very happy with the experience so far. If you already own Nikon f mount lenses, you can purchase a FTZ adapter to use those lenses, which is useful if you have lenses you like.

- A: AnswerYes and this camera is amazing, the autofocus is awesome and the build quality is great, and it’s a perfect size. As far as accessories, a good strap and fast memory card, and eventually swapping out the kit lenses for really good quality lenses
