Super easy to set up. Hardest part was pluming receiver wire down my wall, but I got it on first try using a coat hanger to pull wire through...no we can close the cabinet door in the master bedroom. Worth the 200 for that alone. Just installed a couple of weeks ago and we run our Bose cinemate ii surround bar remote to operate tv, cable, Apple TV, and DVD through the one remote and transponder...very happy.

Niles product are very high quality and the eye always picks up the remote. No issues at all thus far.
