---- Summary ---- Pros: - Nine pre-set Auto-iQ programs - Three different types of containers for blending - Touchscreen and modern design - Easy to use and clean - FreshVac pump really works Cons: - None ---- Review ---- Design: The Ninja Smart Screen Kitchen System with FreshVac is well built from the inside out. All the components are hefty and sturdy, so I have no worry about anything breaking anytime soon. With a simple touchscreen, it is easy to select the appropriate program for whatever I am making or blending, and the touchscreen also adds to the already visually appealing modern design. Although I usually have it stored in a cabinet when not in use, it looks great on my kitchen countertop. In many ways, the Ninja Smart Screen is a well-designed blender. Features: The nine different pre-set Auto-iQ programs are phenomenal, so I would definitely consider the programs a standout feature. Auto-iQ makes it easy to crush, blend or process just about anything effectively and efficiently, and the FreshVac technology is a perfect complimentary feature. Using FreshVac truly does make a difference. I have tested it out by making a smoothie with and without using FreshVac, and now I will never go back to not using it because the smoothies are exceptionally smooth and full of flavor. If you love smoothies, I am confident that you will love this blender. Other than smoothies, there is much more that this blender can do, and that is facilitated by the different programs and three different containers, which are the FreshVac pitcher, FreshVac cup and the precision processer. This truly is a kitchen system and not just a blender because it comes with everything you could need. Performance: As I mentioned above, the Auto-iQ programs work very well. I have owned several blenders over the past few years and felt that they were of decent quality, but I am impressed with the performance and versatility of this Ninja Smart Screen System, and I am confident that it is one of the best blenders on the market. Verdict: If you are reading this review, my guess is that you are in the market for a blender or thinking about getting one as a gift. There are many blenders on the market, but I think this one should be atop the list of the best, and I would highly recommend it over the alternatives.

I got the Ninja FreshVac Kitchen System to replace an older Ninja “Kitchen System” and for the most part I feel the newer model performs better. After unboxing I immediately noticed the smaller footprint of the 1400-Watt motor base. The drive system is smaller but the same design as the older unit, which has performed well over the years despite being made of plastic. Ninja also reduced costs by eliminated the suction release mechanism from the base in favor of smaller traditional suction feet. All of these cost saving measures make me question long term durability, though time will tell. The new base is all black with a nice selective touchscreen based on the vessel attached to the base. It works well and makes the blender simpler to use, which is nice. Beyond the variety of vessels including with blender (72oz pitcher, 40oz Processor, 20oz cup) Ninja is offering a unique vacuum feature under the guise of not just better texture but also locking in nutrients. The FreshVac system does create a smoother texture, without all of the unwanted foam. I found my usual spinach smoothie with almond milk to be easier to drink but slightly thin. After 2 weeks of daily use the batteries in the FreshVac pump had already died. “Fortunately” Ninja sells a cord that probably should have come with it in the first place. Beyond the FreshVac pitcher and blender cup, the Kitchen System includes a Precision Processor with a reversible slicing/shredding disc, chopping blades, and dough blade. At 40oz, I don’t expect it to hold much dough but I haven’t tried. I have used the slicing disc and chopping blades, both performed reasonably well. I wish it came with an additional disc blade that had a larger opening for thicker slicing but it gets the job done. After a month of daily use, the FreshVac cup blade assembly feels a little stiff and makes a squeaking noise when coming to a stop after blending. Despite this, I am still happy with the new Ninja as it still performs better than my previous Kitchen System. Overall, the Ninja FreshVac System is perfect for those looking for a multipurpose blender with a nice assortment of attachments but also looking to make fresh smoothies and extracts.

I have had a normal regular blender for a long time as well as a juicer/ food processor and was interested in seeing an instruments that combines the best part of each into one system and I must say I am very pleased. The system is well made and the multiple parts included seem to be very durable. The blades are super sharp and the components are numerous but easy to store and utilize. There are many many settings accessed through the responsive touch screen and some are pretty clear but for those that are not , the manual carefully explains each setting which is much appreciated. When it comes to blending it is superb. Inside the box we have two different sized containers (a cup and a pitcher) with effective seal to keep out as much air as possible with the Airvac system which seems to work quite effectively as it removes most of the frothiness from your mixtures. When it comes to food processing, once some things are pre cut, the Ninja shreds, chops and slices everything well and will be just as handy as any other food processor. The only possible cons I have is that although all parts are capable of being washed in a dishwasher, you might find that to carefully wash some parts you will need to wash them by hand. Also there are some very smalls parts utilized in sealing the cup or pitcher that can be easily lost if you’re not careful and there are no replacement parts included.

Customers find value in the Smart Screen Kitchen System with FreshVac's ease of use, powerful blending capabilities, and versatile food processing functions. Many appreciate the FreshVac feature and the sleek design, while some note that the system can be loud during operation. The touchscreen controls are frequently praised for their ease of use and modern look. Concerns have also been raised regarding battery life and the suction cup mechanism.
