I was very excited to see this product was available for shipping and even more excited when they notified me that it would arrive early. When it arrived it was in a dhipping box that was in perfect condition. I opened the box and much to my dismay the product was daamaged. It looked like someone had tried opening it at the store but couldn't take it in time. I was very disappointed especially since this item was for a collection. I went to palmdale store and return exchanged it for a new order to be shipped and hopefully the same thing won't happen again. Overall disappointed in whatever best buy is in shepardsville that sent me my item knowing it was damaged without attempting to contact me prior to shipping it that way.
