A: No, this version does not come with a game. If you purchase the Mario Kart version or Splatoon 2 version they have a code for a download version of the game.
A: this switch not only has a better battery life, but they made it so the system doesn't get overheated or get hot as fast as the older system. Where the joy-cons connect to the system is sturdier and more secure. If you're considering between the two, I say just get this newer version because they both cost the same price

A: Depending on what you buy but for the Nintendo switch I checked in every day first thing in the morning and they had restocked, I bought my switch and within the hour they were sold out. I recommend to check every day
