Great gadget! My husband & I got this so we can use our lap top anywhere while on vacation. It worked great and didn’t take up much space in our luggage. Easy to set up, use and store! We have had no problems with this so far! We would definitely recommend this.

Received an excellent discounted rate for adding this "hot spot" to our Verizon phone account, as opposed to the separate account we previously had for a separate unit. Huge savings. And this unit is smaller and easier to use. No problem with logging in and accessing my own private Wi-Fi access, rather than using the so-called "secure" access at hotels, etc.
