This does not support the newest update to Windows 10. If you reach out to dragon (the creator, not philips), they will offer you an upgrade for $100. This is double the price I paid for this.

It is only a subscription that you have to purchase yearly if you want to continue using the product. When I purchased it with the recorder I thought it was a 1-time purchase that you don't have to renew. The advertisement does NOT say that. It does not catch most words that were recorded. Not accurate.

I bought to transcribe meetings recorded on the Phillip Voice tracer. It is like one long page of gibberish. Absolutely worthless
