Best Show of 2009!!
Posted .Nurse Jackie, Season 1 is my new favorite show! I pre-ordered the season and picked it up the day it came out which I had never done before and found to be extremely easy and cheaper than shipping. Plus, because I pre-ordered, I received a small discount. As for the actual show, the cast couldn't be any better, the characters are interesting and intriguing. Edie Falco as Nurse Jackie couldn't be a better fit and allows you to fall in love with her daily life as a nurse and her relationship obstacle course she has created for herself which she protrays with such a blunt delivery and dry sense of humor. The surrounding characters were equally as satisfying for me and kept me laughing - almost makes you want to work in that very hospital. I LOVED IT and can't wait for Season 2!!
