It's very good, very expensive, and very hot
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This card can play basically anything you can throw at it. It's basically a slightly less powerful 3090 in a 3080-sized card. But it's wildly overpriced. If you can't get a 3080 and are willing to spend extra money, buy this. If you are extremely careful about how much money you are spending, wait another two weeks and buy the 3080. It's $500 less and is only slightly slower, although it is much harder to find at a reasonable price. To make it simple: Pros: -Powerful, basically plays anything -Nice design -Easier to find than other cards (it's still really hard to get one of these though) Cons: -Expensive -Fans can be loud when playing demanding games -VERY hot

Very happy with my new gpu
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very very satisfied with the performance, cooling obviously is not its best spot but it does its job, I am an absolute fan of the new shroud design it looks absolutely stunning. Im very surprised the gpu does not sag because of the sheer weight from the all aluminum shroud. I was initially going to go for the regular 3080 but since i waited outside in line for it, but realized i didnt arrive early enough to get it so i decided to opt into getting the ti varient, i know it may not be worth the extra price but im very happy with it. Overall very happy with my purchase.

Great performance, terrible value
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was one of the crazy people who camped out for this card at launch, and I have to say that I'm glad I did. This GPU is an absolute monster in terms of raw performance. It has easily handled anything I've thrown at it with no issues. However, this card is mainly focused at people who want the best of the best, as the actual value proposition is terrible. If you want the best bang for your buck, a 3060ti or a 3070 is a much better value. But if value is meaningless and performance is what you crave, this is definitely a solid option.

3080ti is INSANE
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Can’t believe I was one of the lucky few to get this card on launch day and I gotta say it was definitely worth it. If you have chance to buy it at MSRP, definitely jump on that as soon as you can or else someone else will. Was finally able to finish my first ever PC build with it and coming from console -it’s such a huge leap that I’m a changed man haha. This card is an absolute BEAST and can handle pretty much everything you throw at it. Being able to crank max settings on most games and remain relatively quiet is really nice. Unless you crank up the fan speed past 75% you won’t notice any noise. Having basically the power of a 3090 but at a much more affordable price is a no brainer and definitely looking forward to overclocking once I get the hang of things. Overall I really love the design of the Founders Edition and the performance you get is incredible. Honestly besides the price being hiked up at the last moment by Nvidia THERES not much to complain about it. But this is card is for those looking for a high end graphics card and if you get the chance at grabbing it for MSRP…. Do it. Your wallet will regret it, but at least you won’t.

||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great card for when I bought it. Good
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Big but very quiet. That's what I needed to do when I tell it to do it. It's gorgeous too. You do get a lot of performance out of this card but the price just doesn't seem right for what it is. This card should be $1,000 to be honest compared to a regular 3080. But if you have the cash to spend and if you're not going to be doing any etherium mining you can think of it as buying a cheap 3090.

Best Gaming GPU available (if you can find one)
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Amazing card that will run anything at max settings with great FPS. Use for 1440p gaming and it’s amazing No complaints for this card besides probably the price but that’s what you pay for nvidias flagship GPU and you get 3090 performance without paying 3090 price. Not too loud unless the fans start to get to 90-100% use which never really happens unless you have your fan curve set. Stays relatively cool considering it has only two fans and how powerful the card. Stock 12 pin adapter isn’t too appealing to the eye but there is a ton of after market support. Overall, if you can find this card for msrp it is definitely a buy with the current market and you will be set for a long time with amazing performance.

Q: QuestionRTX 3070 Ti and RTX 3080 Ti cards set to launch soon appear to be LHR (lite hash rate) cards. These are supposed to be clearly labeled. Will the product listings get fixed and be clearly labeled asap? I thought this was a requirement from Nvidia.
Asked by Dave.
- A:Answer The 3070/3080 Ti models will not be labeled LHR because they will all be LHR. The LHR label was only for cards like the 3070 and 3080, which have normal and LHR variants.
