This thing is huge! Easy setup and blows up pretty fast. Better to have 2 people for the first blow up to get the tethers set.

Takes about 5-6 minutes to inflate and about 10 minutes to fully deflate on its own. Comes with stakes to tie down into the ground. Also has sandbags inside the feet area of the inflatable for stabilization. You’ll be the talk of the neighborhood for sure.

The tie down ropes and stakes are great for a 20ft inflatable. One of the attachment points on the back ripped a little on a windy day but it didn't move. It took about 10 minutes to inflate which isn't bad but my 20ft reindeer inflated in 2 minutes. It looks good but all the lights dimmed to the point you can't see them within a couple weeks. Attached picture looks better than in person because of night feature on phone.
