I was really pleased to find this under-desk keyboard tray that had the option to put the mouse tray on either the right or the left. It is made very well and was straight-forward to install. The adjustment knob is a bit stiff at the fully-tightened position, making it a challenge to start loosening in order to make adjustments. On the other hand, you don't want the tray slipping down while you're working. This tray isn't cheap but it is definitely good value, as it is well-made & addresses all of the ergonomic issues around keyboarding.

Received the first Keyboard tray ordered two, second tray was put on back order. Went ahead and installed the first one and the client was very happy. Few days later I was notified that my order was cancelled with no way to reorder this unit. Not sure if the manufacturer no longer makes these units or bestbuy just decided to stop carrying these units. I was able to go online and find one through another store. What a pain
