A: The short answer is, "it depends." Many factors influence the actual range, including but not limited to: *Weight of the load - The heavier the load, the faster the battery drains. The lighter the load, the battery will not drain as quickly. *Terrain (flat, decline, incline, loose) - Solid flat terrain will give you as expected performance. Loose (gravel, sand) will increase battery drain. Declining (downhill) terrain will reduce battery drain. Inclining (uphill) will accelerate battery drain. *Speed (eco, low, high) - Like driving an automobile, the faster you ride, the faster the battery drains. *Temperature - Hot and cold will affect battery drain rate as well. I can confidently say that with a 230lb load, riding through varied gradual elevation changes (mostly flat) on high, you can achieve at least 25 miles.
