A: You can upgrade the RAM to 32GB on this gaming laptop. This laptop uses DDR4-2933 RAM.

Q: Is the 512GB Intel SSD PCI-e NVME?
A: It is a PCIe NVMe M.2 style drive. HP does not list what brand it is though.
A: It comes with two m.2 slots so yes. I have the Intel H10 512 GB plus optane that comes with laptop . I just bought a WD black 1tb ssd and put it in. After installing and making it a simple volume so the PC recognizes the ssd. I now use the ssd to store my games.
Q: Does this have the 2020 refreshed RTX 2060 with 115w tdp? or is this last year's 80w tdp?

A: Yes. There are two m.2 slots. One has the included 512Gb hard drive and one is free (empty).

A: It is two 8 gigabyte modules. The screen is an anti-glare 1920x1080 display with a brightness of 300 nits
