This product has GREAT features and functionality. If I will base it on that I could have given it a five. It's very compact and syncing the readings is a plus. BUT... the readings are very inconsistent. Take the reading consecutively and it will give you a 20 - 40 difference. Product returned and switching to a more conventional upper arm monitor.

I like the wrist blood pressure monitors. My previous wrist monitor from this manufacturer could be used with my arm across my chest. This has the screen on the inside of your wrist, so you have to lay your arm on the table instead. No big deal, but makes it a little more inconvenient. I have to sit at the table to do it.
