We'll unbox and connect 1 new video device to an existing TV and to your existing home network. We can also configure up to 2 online streaming services at your request.
We’ll update both software and firmware on new devices as needed. We’ll also make sure to clean up our work area and remove any packaging from your space.
We’ll demonstrate how to use the new system and components, and let you know how to contact us for future support.
We’ll verify that your video device is operating properly and make sure all your cables are in order. We'll also answer any questions you may have and provide solutions as needed.
*This service does not include network setup or configuration, video stream service configuration, or installation, setup or configuration of a new or existing TV.
**Additional charges may be required for land travel beyond installation coverage areas. Service returns cannot be accepted after installation services are completed.
