My grandson had a hard time because there wasn't good instructions. They are still having hard time trying to figure out certain details.

Purchase 3D printer for my 16 yr old son and with a little find tuning there have been no issues.

All these 3d printers coming out but none can compare in price, enclosure, safety, and quality, Plus really great costumer service, thanks to people like Customer Care (Kriselle). I'm positive XYZprinting will continue to sell out as they did here at Best Buy.
