First time owning a projector and we are not disappointed. Easy to install and operate. After research and availability, i decided to go this one. I’m not a gamer but appreciate the fast refresh rate and crisp picture. Sound is very basic and I don’t think you will watch a movie or project anything without connecting a set of external speakers. No case included so i decided to adapt a harbor F tools hard case to it and fits like a glove. Now I take it wherever i see an opportunity to set up an outdoor home theater complemented with a pair of Bose portable speakers (old version) and a Firestick or apple TV.

Very good projector. 4k quality video is very good. Only issue that i face is.. to get 120inch screen i need to put my projector atleast 12-13ft away from wall. At 10.5-11ft distance, it gives 100inch. So, if it has some optical zoom, then it would have been awesome. Hence, 4 star.

We purchased this to build a theater room in the basement. 4 people in the house, 2 teenage boys who play video games so refresh rate was a factor when deciding on this projector. It had solid ratings as a top 10 projector and best in gaming option while still having 4k and high contrast and black levels. Install was easy, menu's are easy, remote lights up in very bright, lots of auto sensing with the HDMI. 2 HDMI inputs were not needed but one is 4k 60hz and other is 4K 30hz. I purchased a Yamaha Receiver with HDMI switching and 4K support to handle the source switching. Ended up doing a 120" screen and had to mount projector around 13 to 15 feet back on the ceiling. Couldn't be happier with this purchase and the kids love it! Movie night really draws you into the movie compared to a smaller size TV. If you are in the market and on a budget but still want high quality and 4K, this is a great option!
