I originally had Best Buy install this projector in my basement and we were very impressed with the picture quality! The projector states that it has 15% vertical shift so our installers assumed it would be ok to mount our screen a little higher than they normally would. After everything was installed we found out that, with this projector being ceiling mount upside down, the vertical shift could only adjust the picture lower towards the floor and not higher towards the ceiling. Ultimately exchanged this projector for an Epson 4010 that had more adjustability. BUT the picture quality was great on this projector so if you don’t have to worry about mount height options as much I would still highly recommend!

Drive an hour south to pick this up, got home and projector was dead. Lamp failure indicated-brand new projector. No apparent damage to shipping container/box.

This projector has NO V-SHIFT so you'll have to live with a screen that's not square. Also it's picky about HDMI signals and doesn't play nice with a PS4 PRO. (it continuously goes blank and changes the picture resolution) also the smart features are trash! The only thing this projector has going for it is the very nice picture (when it's not freaking out) and it's bright.
