Glad I bought this couch despite not being able to find many reviews for it online. It's comfier than it looks, especially after sitting on it a few times, and the twin sleeper is surprisingly comfortable as well. It's small enough for a small space like my apartment, but not too small to be uncomfortable. My dog loves sleeping on the chaise lounge, as I hoped she would. Definitely recommend this for small spaces. Easy to put together, although it's a bit difficult to get up two flights of stairs when it doesn't get delivered to your apartment door. My only gripe would be that the buttons you have to push in to collapse the metal bar to put away the sleeper part sometimes get stuck and can be a little difficult to push in.

Best buy use 3rd party companies when comes to furniture and basically they wash their hands . Will be up to the crapy shipping company when they decide to do the delivery once they do ( 2 month after ) the boxes will be all broken and missing parts. You can refuse the delivery and at that point you will loose money because the shipping company will loose the item and since best buy will not get it back u will not get you money back either. Huge suggestion, for furniture go to Ashley, Rooms to go or any other furniture store NOT BEST BUY

Better than we expected! This couch is perfect for a small apartment or area. Super easy to put together. It extends to about a full sized bed.

Its fine for my apartment, the main complaint I have is you can feel the wood frame when you sit on some parts of the couch. Also when I try to fold the sleeper portion back into the couch after someone has slept on it, the two metal buttons used to break it down get stuck. Not my forever couch but it does the job!

There is no breaking this couch in. It feels like its made if just bricks and sticks. The back piece is short and provides no support. I have so much regret.

One of the zippers broke immediately upon opening. The sectional piece is like 6 inches shorter than I would like. Overall, supportive & comfortable, cheaply made, easy to put together, & what I was expecting when I bought it

Overall it is comfortbale and easy to set up. However the fold out legs broke within a week. Do not buy firntiure bfrom best buy it will be a bad experience, speaking as a recent customer and former employee. DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM BEST BUY

Looks beautiful and nice but not good. The front leg is breaking with only 3 weeks of hardly use. Not good material. I DO NOT recommend to buy. Dont spend your money on this sofa. Love Best Buy but furniture not good quality. NO STAR
