The ceramic griddle is super easy to clean. My pancakes come out evenly cooked on this griddle. The warm drawer doesn't hold too much, but I don't use it anyway. Great product for the price.

My dad needed extra room for cooking pankcakes and now instead of having to dirty multiple dishes, he can make them for several of us at once. The neat thing about this griddle is that there is a warming drawer so while he is cooking his second, third, etc. batch of pankcakes he can keep the previous batches warm so that we can sit down and eat together as a family. Also the ceramic top makes clean up simple and easy (the remnants of the items cooked on the griddle slide off without much trouble or effort).

this griddle cooks well. however cleaning it is a issue. The only way to clean it well, is to put water on it Baking Soda. Work it into a paste and let it sit for an hour. then clean it off. Otherwise after the first use it will look burnt. I miss a traditional griddle.
