Polycarbonates (PC) are used in a variety of applications in the appliance industry where strength, durability and clarity are required. BPA is also present in certain thermo set epoxies used in coatings, adhesives, paints, etc. Phthalates are primarily used in vinyl to make the material more pliable/flexible. A vast majority of our products are made from BPA free plastics such as Polypropylene (PP), Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene (ABS), Styrene-Acrylonitrile (SAN), High Impact Polystyrene (HIPS), Polyethylene (PE), etc. and inorganic materials such as glass, which do not contain BPA.
