Absolutely a must for Any New Cell Phone ... I have been a Otter Box user for some time now , and the Otter Box Commuter is great Protection .... I recently bought purchased a New IPhone XS , and I needed a good case.. I knew right away what case To get .. Otter Box has a good feel, protection, look to Case ... The Cell phone fits great, and not worried if I dropped it by Accident ...

I did not want one of those big protective cases because I like to place the phone in my pant pockets. The slim Speck case that I have did not feel secure in my hands, like I was afraid that it would slip out of my hands, so I went out to look for another case. This Otter case is slim enough and most important, it feel secure when holding my phone; the edges are not rounded so I have something more to grab on, and the buttons feel pliable and not hard to the touch. The only con I can mention is the opening for the lightning port may be a tad tight for aftermarket plugs.

Been having this case for several weeks and have already dropped my phone a few times without much worries. Also the outer hard shell can use as a SIM Card storage.
