On my last two iPhones, I had Lifeproof cases. They were great, but I didn't take my phone under water or ever drop it in the water. I know OtterBox has a good reputation for cases. I decided to go with the case with the 2-layer protection, as I didn't want the bulk of the bigger case. The case fits well and I am easier to hear on the phone.

I purchased this for my husband's new iphone 5C. It is good quality and seems to add good protection. It is not too bulky and offers Otterbox quality. It is not frilly looking, but is masculine looking. It is not slick, but is somewhat rough so that is is not slippery when handling your phone.

Case provides excellent protection. Very solid, but it does add bulk to the phone. The included screen protector, however, is not great. It has a paper tab that you use during installation, but after the protector is on the screen, the tab doesn't come off cleanly. You need rubbing alcohol or something similar to clean it up. The screen protector also didn't adhere very well to the screen. The case is a keeper, but I will definitely need to install a new screen protector in the next 90 days. As such, I wouldn't buy this setup unless it was on sale.
