This box otterbox is awesome. One thing i like about it is, not big and bulky like the others otterbox. It fit my phine just right. The second thing is the prices was rite!!! Lastly, it protect the phone very well from damage because my grandbaby was holding it and drop it on the sidewalk. No damage to the phone or to the case. Three thumbs up!!! i would recommend this otterbox to anyone who looking to purchase.

OtterBox case is my go to for all my phones. I am very happy with the brand since it saved my phones no matter home many times I've drop them. It doesn't have a cover on the front side (not all around encased) so don't know how this one will hold up yet. The phone charges fine with using wireless charger since it is one of the reason for upgrading to a new phone. Ease of use with buttons. So far so good.

This case has performed extremely well. I've already dropped my phone unfortunately one or two times since installing this case. It does add slightly to the bulk of the Note 9, but that's what you should expect when protecting your phone with a plastic silicon case. I chose this case over the larger and slimmer designs because it offered more protection than a normal slim silicon case, which I used to have, and didn't add to the bulk of the device. I also did not need the belt clip that the larger design comes with. The Commuter Series is designed in a special way where the silicone wraps the phone first then is encased by a plastic outer. Some of the other Otter Box designs have the encasement vice versa, where I think it causes undue stress on the silicone making it "stretch" at the corners or the ports quicker. So far, this case has been holding up for the two weeks in my possession with frequent access to the charging port. Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend this case (or this series of cases for any phone you have). The level of protection is top notch and doesn't hinder your daily use or add to the already nonnormal size/bulk of the Note 9.
