Otterbox - Defender Series Case for Apple® iPhone® 6 - Black

Our 17year old dishwasher finally stopped working and we had to replace it.... so we replace it with this LG. we are still getting used to how to load it. It seems that the plates lean quite a bit more than in our old one. It seems to clean well and it is very quiet. The installation wasn't horrible but it was time consuming. The thing that was frustrating was the leveling process. The front legs are supposed to be adjusted with a 1/4 drive socket wrench. But there is no tool clearance to get the socket in to the leg. The leg is made of some kind of nylon and u can get a wrench on the out side of it to adjust it but u have to be careful not to strip it. The other thing is that when u are installing the supply line. There is really no room to turn a wrench or plyers to tighten down the line. I think it would have been much easier if u could remove the door. But the instalation instructions don't tell u how to do that. I was told it's a wire and and two hoses. Which is true but if u are not mechanically inclined. Pay for the installation the installers probably know the tricks to resolve the challenges I faced. Over all it's a nice dishwasher.

The Otter box just gets better and better with each iteration. The rubber it very tight and not loose like the older Otter boxes. The iPhone 6 Otter Box has a thin profile and of course longer. I have to mention that the sleep button on the iPhone is very hard to push. Thats pretty much it. It provides great protection for my phone as always.

This case is perfect. Sleek, yet rugged. Adorable print. Has already paid for itself; I've dropped my phone several times, and it has sustained no damage thanks to this gem.

I purchased my case from a major retailer in December before I even upgraded my phone. When I installed it, I immediately noticed that this case did not perform as seamless as the many previous Otterbox cases I have owned. The screen protector did not sit flush against the glass making it hard to use. No big deal. I reached out to Otterbox and they offered to replace the case under warranty. When I removed the case from my phone, I noticed that the case left a white hazy permanent mark on the phone of my brand new iPhone 6 screen. Yes, permanent, it will not come off. After doing a quick search online, I learned that I wasn't the only one with the issue and that Otterbox was not assuming responsibility for their negligence. I feel lucky that my phone is not as damaged as bad as some of the other folks affected by it. I reached out to Otterbox and all they kept repeating - "we will replace the case but we will not do anything to fix the fact that our product permanently damaged your phone because it is not our product". They kept hiding behind their "Limited Warranty". As a loyal customer, I am very unsettled and appalled with the fact that what I thought was a reputable company is not standing behind their unintended mistake with integrity. I will never buy anything from this vendor again. Phone cases (especially the ones that tote to be the most protection) are supposed to protect you phone, not damage it. After this, I would definitely not recommend this product or this company to anyone.

Great case to protect your I phone good value too. Will help you save money just in case your phone is drop.
