Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this case has yellowed and otherwise discolored badly after just a couple months of use. no cleaning method worked for me. they did send me a new one after I called in, but I had to pay $10 for shipping. at this price point, i find that offensive. it protects the phone reasonably well, though a recent drop from about six feet left me with a shattered screen.

In regards to your replacement case--we grab a shipping and handling fee on all warranty claims. That fee allows us to process your claim as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We're also very sorry to hear about your damaged device. While we design our cases to minimize the risk of damage, there are variables that can influence the outcome of any drop or fall that we're unable to prevent. We're happy to send a new OtterBox under our product warranty, but we are unable to extend our warranty to the device itself, as we are not the manufacturer. Not a lot of options for cases, but this was a solid purchase. I did upgrade to one with a design, but was happy with this one.

Q: QuestionDoes the lip of the case protect the curved display? Many cases just come up to the bezel meaning the curved screen would make contact in a fall.
