Q: QuestionCan I use these with a t.v. & does it mute the t.v. speaker when turned on?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Yes and no (at least the way I hooked them up); but you can lower the tv sound as you wish. Makes it easy to boost one person's sound with the headphones while others listen, too, at different volume

Q: QuestionHow can I connect this to my Samsung TV?I bought a new Samsung 40" LED 1080p HDTV Model: UN40H5003AFXZA but when I connect the white & red connectors to back of TV I still don't get any sound coming thru my wireless headphones. What can I do? I my have to return the TV if I can't get it to work with this wireless headset.
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer If you have a cable box or any box that bring in the signal to the TV, it's better if you connect to the box instead of the TV.

Q: QuestionWould these allow me to hear the TV when there are other noises going on in the room or outside?Want to be able to hear over kitchen noises, conversations in the room, construction noises outside. If these do not work for that, suggestions? (Simple - I am 76 and most definitely not a techie.)
Asked by Grandma Dip.
- A:Answer They will work great for you in all noise conditions. They block outside noise well and have great volume. Also very easy to hook up. If you have a DVR They hook to that if not then the TV.

Q: Questionhead jack?does this product have an alternate headphone jack for those that don't have blutooth?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer This is not a Bluetooth device. It is an RF (Radio Frequency) device. The transmitter plugs into an analogue audio output jack on your TV, Receiver or other audio device and transmits an RF signal up to 45 feet to the headphones. Hope this answers your question.

Q: QuestionAre you able to decrease background noise?Does this headphone have settings available so you can decrease background noise; i.e., music tracks on movies, so you can hear conversations better? Something a hearing impaired person would need. Thank you for your time!
Asked by Pammysue.
- A:Answer There is no setting to decrease background noise. I'm hearing impaired & love these. The sound is so crystal clear that I've been able to turn the volume down. Something I've not been able to do in years. I'm very glad I bought these.
