Its a baby GH4 that has been had several features chopped off. You cannot combine HDR and time lapse. It does not output clean HDMI. It cannot do slow motion. But the biggest frustration is the DELIBERATE placemeny of the battery and memory card slot on the bottom, discouraging essential tripod use. But i enjoy the in camera time lapse, the flat color profiles, RAW photos, full controls with several customizable buttons. The menus are awesome. This is my first interchangeable lens camera and lens selection is key, addictive and expensive! But worth future proofing my videos with 4k. Cheers Panasonic!

I am a pro photographer and have several cameras. The G7 is awesome and holds it own against my Nikon D7100 and my other high end cameras. Nothing bad to say other than it takes a little while to lean all of its tricks. Have fun!!
