The Pin that reads the memory card broke fell into the unit and shorted it out.

I purchased this camera for use with FB Live. Turns out you must use a feature USTREAM/LUMIX CLUB service to broadcast live. I wanted to use a paid service to broadcast to multiple venues, FB Live, YouTube, and other venues. By having to go thru USTREAM & Lumix Club, it did not cover all of the venues I wanted to use. I am using BoxCast for this purpose. This is the reason for the return of this camera. I am sure this is a good camera for personal home use, however, I personally feel that my smart phone takes as good videos as this camera. Just my $0.02. Be safe.
