There are 2 very important steps needed if you decide only to use the offer during the Free timeframe: 1). Ensure the free plan is canceled before monthly charges begin. 2). In addition, make sure the Auto-Renewal is turned off before your free offer expires.

Confusing setup but keep at it!
||Posted .Owned for 11 months when reviewed.It's not the most intuitive setup process, and I did have some trouble getting the Pandora website to accept my info/code. I heard it was because I already had a Pandora account, but I can't be sure. With some patience, you'll eventually get set up. It's a little annoying to have to manage the subscription on Best Buy rather than Pandora, but it makes sense.

- A:Answer I had it set up the same way and it did not let me set up the yearly subscription. 1st canceled your monthly subscription wait until it cancels. Then it will let you set up your new pre pay subscription. Best Buy sends you a link to follow. Super easy
