Customers regard the NFL Premium Face-Off Controller's customizable face plates as a significant highlight, with many appreciating the variety of team options available. However, a considerable number of customers expressed disappointment that the controller is wired, a feature many did not notice before purchase. Several customers returned the product due to this limitation. The wired nature of the controller appears to be a major drawback for many buyers.
I bought this for my Son-in-Law's Birthday. He is a big NFL fan and this controller was being paired with the 2017 Madden game for Xbox 1. The main attraction was being able to get the Faceplate reflecting his favorite team. You have to order the NFL faceplate from the manufacturer at no charge. But be prepared to wait I have not received the NFL faceplate yet and it has been weeks. Would have received a higher score for that slow delivery.

Purchased as replacement for grandson works better than his original controllers. His wireless controller not working and wired remote has a short in the cord. He is very happy with this controller. Free faceplate was shipped promptly for his favorite team.

I bought this to replace a broken controller for my grandson. This time I also bought the 2 year warranty. I would recommend that if your controller is used a lot like ours.
