I love the music that Kyuss has made and Vista Chino has delivered in bringing back this fantastic band. Every song sounds fresh, the lyrics are great and thought-provoking, John Garcia's voice is as powerful, as ever, and the instrumentation is awesome. They outdid themselves. I love every song on here. John Garcia's voice rips though each song even though he is older, his voice has held up. Nick Oliveri did some heavy bass on here, even though live they now have Corrosion of Conformity's bassist Mike Dean. Brant Bjork's drumming is intense and dynamic. Now, Bruno Fevery, their new guitarist, has riffs, that desert tone, and solos. He doesn't try to overpower the other members. This album was clearly an attempt to work together to let everyone shine. It's a great start to this bands sound. It sounds different than Kyuss is some ways too. Distinguishes itself from their earlier works. I think they achieved this. I would recommend this to any rock, metal, and desert rock fan! Enjoy. Play it loud!
