Philips Norelco - SensoTouch Shaving Head - Black

Per other reviews my Norelco was not favored to last more then a year - however I change the shaving head once a year thru Best Buy. The unit is now 7 years old.

This was the official replacement shaving head set for my son's razor and it worked as you would expect.

I have been using this Norelco shaver and its replacement head for the last 5+years and it has been a good, reliable products. It's good to replace this shaver head every year to get a clean smooth shave.

rated this product with four stars instead of three only because I am a loyal Philips Norelco customer. I have used Norelco razors for years and always purchase replacement heads, but this was probably my last purchase. After market replacement heads just don't perform like the original heads. I don't know why but they just don't. I have a heavy beard and replace the heads every six months without fail. I know my razor has some age on it and maybe it's time to purchase a new razor.

Had been skeptical on buying them, but had them on sale. It turned out to be a great decision. Blades cut like it was brand new (I had forgotten how well they worked originally). Old blades weren't getting thicker / grey hairs and this replacement head does the trick.

Lots of in store help ordering. The replacement part fit perfectly and the electric razor is working like it was new.

I debated whether or not to replace my shaving heads or just buy a new shaver. Glad I decided to replace the heads. Shaver seems to work better than new! Norelco may have made design improvements on the heads since I bought the shaver a couple of years ago.

I have a thick fast growing beard that I need to shave smooth m-f. I also have red hair which is the thickest type of facial hair. I can dry shave on my way to work... 10 min. ... but it only works amazing for 2 months. ... then for another 2 months I need to keep going over spots. 4 months = replacement.
