Q: QuestionCan anything that has already aired be watched again? For example, if the new episode of South Park aired last week and I did not DVR it, could I still watch it?
Asked by KzooKlink.
- A:Answer If a show has aired and you did not record (aka: DVR) it either real time or by setting it up to record ahead of time, you can only watch it if: 1. It airs again live and you catch it the next time around. 2. It's available from the Philo video on-demand library, which has over 60K titles of programming available. Just look for a "VOD" icon on the show profiles. If it's available, you can watch these shows on demand. 60K titles is a lot, but that doesn't mean every show is available every time. Shows cycle in and out over time, so you need to stay on top of it. Also, South Park is awesome.

Q: QuestionHow can I change the credit card number given for the Philo subscription?
Asked by SandraC.
- A:Answer There is a way to update payment method for PhiloTV after log-in to bestbuy.com. After log-in, click on the down arrow next to "Hi, your name/ID" on top center-right of screen. Then click on "Protection Plans & Subscriptions" and click "Update payment method" in the Manage your subscription block under Philo. I have not tried updating payment method, so I do not know how that works out.
