This thing is awesome. I’ve had this a couple months now and I haven’t touched my gas grill since. I’ve made everything from pizzas to brisket on this grill and I’m a total noob. I’ve had great success with most everything I have cooked on this pitboss and have wowed friends and family. Items I’ve cooked so far: Frozen pizzas Homemade pizzas Chicken Shrimp Steak Smoked nuts Poor man’s burnt ends (these are a hit) Brisket Pulled bbq beef Assembly was no problem, startup/priming was straightforward and away I went adding smoky flavor to whatever I want. For the price the features and quality cannot be beat. Love the shelving, I’ve found I use that a lot. Came with cover which was a huge plus. Have had no issue with using other pellets from Kirkland to traeger. I’ve even moved this under my deck a few times with a chance or rain and the wheels are actually usable. Just buy it already.

Just put this bad boy together yesterday. Works great. You will need an extra hand to lift it up as it is heavy. A wife should work lol. Keep in mind, assemble this first and prime the hopper for the pellets and start to do the initial burn off. The initial burn off ahould take 30 to 40 min. Once that is done, grill away.

This is a smaller grill but works perfect for our family of four. Although smaller, the lower grill plates have a lot of space and we used it to smoke food for a holiday party. Smoked burgers were amazing once you get your settings just right. After using this I will never go back to my outdoor propane grill.
