This is our first smoker ever. I’m glad I chose this one. Having it be the pellets and electric made my life so much easier. It’s easy to clean and has tons of room for multiple levels of food to cook, since if is vertical, it sits in the diner of my deck and doesn’t take up much room. I’m very glad I chose this smoker especially since it is our first one. It makes me feel more like a pro than a beginner

The Smoker is great BUT... it failed after 3 smoking's ( error code ERI). I have had the smoker less than 30 days. Best Buy will not stand behind what they sell SO... beware, look other places before you buy from Best Buy.

We got it to do briskets, it does a great job. If you plan on doing larger briskets might want to opt for a larger one. Trey size is only a litter more than a foot squared.
