Plantronics - 64339-01 SupraPlus Headset - Black

recently opened a callcenter and these headsets are great, the speaker is clear and microphone spectacular

1. Called the store to find a headset that would fit into my cell phone 2. they looked on line and suggested this 3. it didn't fit (wrong size plug in) - very odd plug in not standard 4. had to go into the store and find a different model overall wasted a lot of my time... and return was going to be a pain since had to send back to where ever it was drop shipped from - store was able to take it back Overall the stores are great Online mess- this took me over 2.5 hours (had i known what a pain - would have donated it to charity) anyway if i count all the time to order on line - try to return (phone support is terrible for returns - never got email with shipping label called back multiple times), the trip to the store (not local)
