These are ok.
|Posted .No, I would not recommend this to a friendI own a pair of these, and a pair of the LG 730's. The flexible cord makes this VERY easy to roll up and put in a pocket to carry around. They work quite well as a stereo headset for streaming audio, though. I would think these would be decent for excercise. Volume is pretty good, and the fit was very good. However, These don't funtion with more than 1 BT device, making switching between phone and laptop difficult. Also, functioning as a primary BT PHONE device they don't perform as well as similar headsets. So, they're ok, but I'm probably going to trade them in for another pair of the LG Tone 730's. I expect more from Plantronics, and frankly, more for the price.

I enjoy them
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendThere were some more expensive ones, but I couldn't justify spending over $100 for head phones. Glad I went with these. I have ran in them and went to the gym, they worked the whole time and had no wires getting in my way. I use these more on my job. I work in a loud environment, so these double as ear plugs. music sounds good in them. Calls work great when not surrounded by loud noise. In that situation, the caller couldn't hear me thru them, and I couldn't hear the caller with out them. So it was a loud. They received interference when I was cutting off bolts with a dremel. They have a good range, I can leave my phone in one spot and walk around my whole house and even go outside. Tried to use them inside my full face motorcycle helmet, once I got them in they were great. But couldn't put helmet over them, hard to get them in after helmet was on, couldn't take helmet off with them in. But these weren't recommended for that so no complaints, was just seeing if I could use them for that purpose. Music was great inside helmet, Idk bout calls since i didn't receive one. The charger supplied with it didn't work, luckily my phone charger had same plug.

Still searching for perfect BT for small ears
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendI wanted a BT that would work for cutting grass (on a tractor), meaning the buds went into my ears to block out the sound of the tractor. I also needed extra support to hold the buds in my ear. I have small ears and buds never fit 100%; they're always falling out during my favorite song. These came with little grippers to help hold the buds in place which help a lot. It also is a 8" long (or so) wire that combines the two buds and therefore no wire to the phone. The wire is supposed to sit around your neck, but when my head turns, the wire still pulls and one ear bud falls out. I now wear the wire hanging in front (like a beard) and the buds stay in place better. To use this product for work and phone calls is not as handy BC the fact that it blocks all the outside noise (which its designed to do) makes you feel like you're talking in a small box. So I'm just saying, its better for one purpose (mowing) and not te other (talking; in a normally quiet situation. Overall, I'm sure it works fantastic with normal ears.

Working better than I expected
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendI had trouble at first getting the earbuds to sync, but once established the earbuds have worked fine. I had the Motorola headset prior to these Plantronics. The Motorola stayed on better, but the Plantronics sounds better. I use the earbuds mostly while I am at the gym, the coverage is great. I can leave my station go to the water and have complete coverage. I do have to push the Plantronics in a little firmer than the Motorola's I had to stay in place. I am happy with my purchase.

Great head set
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendI have been using the headset for about 2 months now and I have enjoyed it very much. My biggest issue has always been having to plug in to my phone when I go workout but this has solved that issue. No more running and ripping the chord and my phone out with my arms when I am pushing it for a hard workout. One item that can be a pain is the short chord. I am a bigger guy and trying to adjust volume or change the song using the chord is impossible while I work out unless I am standing still. The buttons area chord is just to short for me to be able to change easily. A work around I use for the volume is to have my headset at the max volume and i just adjust it on my phone as needed, same with changing the song. No complaints as far as sound goes. It sounds pretty good and for the prices I am pretty happy. The battery life is suspect at times but I do not use it all the time or I have it charging when I know I will be using it.

They are great
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendI have some hearing difficulties and with these being in both ears, it really helps me understand the conversation better. I don't have to keep asking "what did you say. They are so convenient and I don't have to bring separate headphones to listen to music. They don't fall out when I'm all sweaty mowing the lawn. And I can leave my phone on the porch and listen to music while I'm mowing as well

Works very good
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendWorks great with my glasses, helmets and at work. The Plantronics apps are a great addition (free at app stores). The only issues that keep me from giving it 5 stars are the battery life and the sound quality was high on the treble side of the spectrum. I got a free equalizer app and balanced the sound to my liking. Although the battery life is less than I am used to on other wireless head sets, I have only run out of power once. I have the wireless head set from Motorolla, LG and Plantonics, but size, concealment and function make the Backbeat Go my favorite.

Perfect headset for mobile/busy people
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendI am constantly on the go in my home and wish I had been able to read more. My husband got me an annual subscription to Audible.com and this Bluetooth headset so I can be my normal, mobile self and still enjoy things I love. It has been the BEST! While the initial instructions on how to place the buds firmly in your ears confused me, I have nothing but fantastic things to say about the functionality, reliability and high quality of these earbuds. And I HATE earbuds! That, to me, means everything. It's a great product and I couldn't recommend it more!
Q: QuestionMy earbuds cannot connect to my mac.I have mountain lion and when I search for bluetooth devices on my mac, nothing appears. However, they work great with my iPhone.

- A:Answer Please ensure that you have the headset in pairing mode. To put the headset in pairing mode, start with the earbuds powered off. Then press and hold the Audio/Call button until you hear "pairing" in the headset. The Mac should be able to find the headset at this point.
