  Did not work when connected to 3 different computers. Also swapped out the Type c cable. Unfortunately I've only opened up the box after purchasing this back at the end of Dec 2022.

  SSDs are the way to go. This was bought to back up an HD of an old iMac that had a ton of work/photos/media files. Backed up 289 GB in no-time.
