Q: How long does it take to fully charge the power pack?

A: I plug it in at night and by morning its ready. Charges my phone several times.

Q: How many amps are each port

A: This unit comes equipped with 2 universal USB ports, enabling you to charge 2 devices at once. The output of the ports is 1 Amp/2.4 Amp (Max 2.4 Amp).

Q: Would this work for old iPhone 4

A: This will work if you have a USB charging cable for an iPhone 4.

Q: Can the device being charged be used while it is charging?

A: I have used my phone while it has been charging with the powerpack. (ie....I used it to text and make phone call using speaker phone). The cable wire that comes with the powerpack itself isn't very long, but I'm assuming you could use any connector that had the correct ports on each end.

Q: How long does it hold a charge?

A: I've had this sit in my car for months at times and only see a reduction in charge when in use.
