I installed it and ran OC scanner on MSi Afterburner and ended up with a base clock of 1450mhz and a boost clock of 2050mhz. Not bad for such a tiny card with one fan. I'm pretty sure I could get a little more out of it, but it's running cool now, so why fix what ain't broke. This thing is super small too, less than half the volume of the GTX 1060 I replaced it with, and it's getting double the frames! If you're good with only (lol) 60fps, at 1080-1440, you can turn on the ray-tracing for eye candy, but it'll do 140ish fps on AAA titles with RTX off. I do wish it had a backplate of some sort, but no backplate is better than a cheap plastic one. No RGB either, but at this price that's no biggie. Now I gotta figure out what to do with all this extra space in my tower, lol.

Need a card for a 1080p mid level gaming machine I was updating. Was looking at card and this popped on sale for under $300. So I chose it over a 1660ti. It has less ports then the higher end RTX cards, but with a HDMI. DP, and DVI ports you should be able to connect to anything you need. The card is dual slot, but not as deep as others, it will fit in smaller cases fine. It hasn't been loud in testing so far. Just plug into you PCI Ex slot, hook up 1 8-pin PCI ex power plug and install the Nvidia drivers. Simple setup and it hasn't been loud. If you're looking for a mid range card, on sale this is a great value that should get the job done, especially at 1080p resolutions.

The 2060 was a great upgrade from my 680. Games can run on higher settings and look great. The new card runs cooler than the old one and the system is quieter (not sure if the GPU fan is quieter or if the system fans can run slower because of the cooler gpu). Oh, and the free ray tracing CoD looks really good.
