Cannot select Pokémon but works well
If your kid is dying for a Pikachu or other specific Pokémon, you should choose another toy. These are an assorted set and you just get whatever they send you. But my son loves throwing it and having the Pokémon pop out. It works well.

Lots of fun
Grandson had a blast playing with this. I heard giggles for hours! He usually gets bored with a toy quickly, but not with this one.

Awesome poke ball
This ball does not break when you throw it. Easily opens up when it hits the floor or wall. And easily put it back together.
